Properties for Rent
Each adult who will reside in the home must complete the application in full. We collect as many applications as possible and do not just rent to the 1st applicant; we rent to the best applicant. We require three personal non-relative references that have known you for at least 3 years. We check all references and will not rent to anyone whose references cannot be reached. We do not allow anyone to move in immediately. We make decisions based on personal history, not personal appearance. We don’t discriminate. We may require a co-signer.
